- Custom development or changes to how a module works
- Problems caused by other extensions or by theme changes
- Server administration

Lost your license e-mail, or need to renew? My licenses sends you every license you bought.
Include, so we can answer at once
- The module and its version (composer show slova/*)
- Magento, Hyvä and PHP versions
- What you expected and what happened, with steps to reproduce it
- Errors from var/log/exception.log or the browser console
