Terms of Sale

Pricing and Taxes

All prices listed on Slova.tech are exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed by Stripe, acting as merchant of record: Stripe calculates and collects VAT where it applies, based on the Licensee’s billing country, and sends the receipt and invoice.

Delivery of Digital Goods

Upon successful payment processing, you will receive immediate access to the Software via digital download (ZIP archive). No physical goods will be shipped.

Payment Terms

The Software is sold as a one-time payment product. There are no mandatory recurring subscription fees for the basic operation of the Software. Optional renewals apply only for continued support and updates after the initial 12-month period.

Installation Services

Installation and setup of a module is a service sold separately from the Software, directly by Carusel Multimedia SRL, which invoices it and charges VAT where it applies. Stripe’s role as merchant of record covers the Software only.

Scope: installing the module on one Magento store (one website) and its staging environment, setting it up for that store and testing it, as described on the Pricing page for the module’s tier. Development, changes to how the module works, and fixing conflicts with other extensions or theme changes are not included; we assess them and quote separately.
Access: you give us the access the work needs, such as a server or deployment account and an admin account. We use it only for the agreed work and delete any credentials we received once we confirm the installation; we recommend you revoke the access at that point.
Guarantee: for 30 days after we confirm the installation, we fix at no cost any problem caused by our installation or setup work.
Payment: the service is paid in advance, against our invoice. If we cannot complete it for reasons on our side, we refund it in full.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Sale and any disputes arising out of the purchase shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania. Any legal actions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bucharest, Romania.
