End User License Agreement (EULA)

Parties and Scope

This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a binding legal agreement between you (“Licensee” or “Agency”) and Carusel Multimedia SRL, operating under the brand Slova.tech (“Licensor”), registered in Romania (CUI: 30455888, VAT: RO30455888, Reg: J40/8406/2012). By downloading, installing, or using any Slova.tech Magento extension (“Software”), you agree to be bound by these terms.

License Grant

Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software on one (1) Magento production installation and its associated non-production environments (development, staging, testing). A separate license must be purchased for each distinct production Magento installation.

Source Code & Modifications

The Software is provided with readable, unencrypted source code. You are permitted to modify the source code to suit your specific project requirements.

Restrictions

You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, sub-license, or resell the Software (original or modified) to third parties outside of the licensed Magento installation.
• Use the Software to create a competing product.
• Remove or alter any copyright notices within the Software files.

Support and Updates

A single license purchase includes twelve (12) months of technical support and access to Software updates from the date of purchase. Continued support and updates after this period require a renewal fee. The license does not expire: without a renewal, you may keep using the last version you received.

Limitation of Liability

The Software is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Carusel Multimedia SRL and its legal representative, Daniel Eberhat, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of data or business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Software, and Licensor’s total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the Software.
