30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Slova.tech offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If the Software does not meet your expectations, fails to function as advertised, or does not fit your project architecture, you are entitled to a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Refund Conditions

To qualify for a refund, you must:

• Submit a refund request via our official support channels within the 30-day window.
• Confirm in writing that you have completely uninstalled the Software from all your environments (production, staging, local) and deleted all associated files and source code.
• Cease all use of the Software immediately.

Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the request is approved, and usually reach you within 5-10 business days. Once a refund is issued, your license is immediately revoked, and any continued use of the Software constitutes a copyright violation.

Renewals

A renewal, which adds 12 months of updates to an existing license, can be refunded within 30 days of its purchase. Refunding a renewal removes only the months it added: the license stays valid, with the updates it had before the renewal, and you don’t need to uninstall the Software.
