The work behind our modules, for your store

We run a Magento store on Hyvä ourselves. Everything below is work we have already done on it, and can do on yours. See the case study →

Hyvä migration & themes

Your Luma storefront is slow and every change to it is expensive.

  • Move the store to Hyvä, page by page, with the modules you rely on
  • Build a custom Hyvä child theme on Tailwind, from your design or ours
  • Replace Luma-only extensions with Hyvä-compatible ones, or make them compatible

Already done: A custom Hyvä child theme, built from scratch and maintained by us, live on our own store.

Magento upgrades

Your store is a few versions behind and the next upgrade feels risky.

  • Upgrade Magento and PHP on a copy first, then on production with a rollback plan
  • Check every third-party module for compatibility and fix or replace the ones that break
  • Apply Adobe security patches as they come out

Already done: Our own store, moved to Magento 2.4.8 and PHP 8.4 in production.

Performance

Pages load slowly, jump while loading, or fail Core Web Vitals.

  • Measure first: Largest Contentful Paint, layout shift and server response, page type by page type
  • Fix what the measurements point at: images, fonts, critical CSS, full page cache, Varnish
  • Measure again, so you see what each change bought

Already done: Load time and layout shift measured and fixed on the home, catalog and product pages of our own store.

Server-side tracking

Ad platforms see fewer sales than you make, and you are not sure consent is respected.

  • Install and configure Slova Tracking, or audit the tracking you already have
  • Set up Consent Mode v2 with your consent platform
  • Validate events in each platform’s test tools before going live

Already done: Our Tracking module, live in production.

Custom modules

No extension does what your store needs, or the ones that do are not built for Hyvä.

  • Specify the module with you before writing code
  • Build it for Hyvä, with tests, a README and an uninstall path
  • Hand over the source: it is yours

Already done: Every module in our catalog started as a custom module for our own store.

Back-office automation

Orders are retyped into the warehouse system, the invoicing tool or the ERP, and statuses are updated by hand.

  • Connect Magento to your ERP, WMS or fulfilment partner: orders out, stock and statuses back
  • Automate the steps in between: invoices, courier labels, order status updates
  • Retries and a log for every exchange, so nothing is lost when the other side is down

Already done: Orders sent to a fulfilment warehouse, invoices issued in SmartBill and statuses updated from courier tracking, automatically.

Production servers

Your hosting runs out of memory, or nobody knows how the server is configured.

  • Set up a VPS for Magento: PHP-FPM, MySQL, Redis, OpenSearch, Varnish, RabbitMQ
  • Size every service’s memory so the box cannot run out
  • Deploy with a repeatable procedure and a rollback

Already done: Our own store runs on a server we configured and maintain.

Local & regional market integrations

Your store sells in a local or regional market and needs its couriers, invoicing and marketplaces.

  • Courier integrations, with labels and tracking
  • Company data at checkout from the fiscal authority or trade register*
  • Marketplace integrations such as eMAG and Trendyol, and local payment providers

*Where available

Already done: DPD, ANAF (Romania’s fiscal authority) and Trendyol integrations, running in production.
